Value, HEOR & Pricing, Manager

The Value, HEOR and Pricing Manager will take responsibility for developing pricing strategy / market access pathway; generating Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence; designing and managing activities/programs to address affordability / market access needs; value proposition & communication to best answer market access stakeholders’ priority interest and concern for products in charge.

Pricing & strategy

  • Develop pricing strategy and identify market access pathway to support product life cycle management in line with global counterparts and local brand team, market access team.
  • Provide access insight and pricing scenarios to support business forecast/business case and market access opportunities for early assets.
  • Design and facilitate pricing and market access market research projects to get deep insight.
  • At Manager level, should be able to deliver pre-final framework of the above with minimal requirement from line-manager support

HEOR & Value

  • Generate Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) evidence for products in charge to support assess strategic initiatives.
  • Value proposition & communication strategy / activities to best meet access needs and deliver brand value to key stakeholders.
  • Organize internal / external trainings to facilitate value communication.
  • At Manager level, should be able to deliver the above independently with maximum 1-round line manager review

Communication

  • Identify and proactively engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance Ipsen reputation and image and demonstrate brand value proposition / communication to external stakeholders.
  • At Manager level, should be able to deliver the above with minimal requirement from line-manager support

  • All employees must escalate compliance concerns using appropriate channels.
  • All employees must be collaborative with the company on Ethics & Compliance matters.
  • All the managers must ensure a proper oversight of their team’s activities with the purpose to ensure that the team complies with all the above-mentioned. They must also ensure that regular messages with respect to Ethics & Compliance are conveyed to the individuals and create a compliance mindset and working atmosphere. Managers remain accountable for team’s behaviours.

Recruitment Requirements / Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimal master’s degree in pharmaco-economic, bio-medical related, or pharmaceutical / healthcare management related.
  • Languages: fluent English & Chinese

Experience:

  • Above 4-years related experience of HEOR and pricing, market access.
  • Must have been deeply involved in 1 product complete NRDL HEOR work in the past
  • MNC experience is preferred.

Other Useful Information:

  • Good at cross functional communication and project management.
  • Willing to grow with IPSEN
