This is a new leadership position within a large and stable HEOR & Market Access consulting business which has a long track record of delivering a wide variety of Health Economics, Value Communications, Market Access strategy and Pricing/Reimbursement projects covering several disease areas.
The Associate Director will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, will mentor and support their project team, overseeing the production of high quality deliverables and ensuring innovative, on-budget and on-time project completion. This company has a successful internal Business Development team and the Associate Director will work with them to identify and assess new business opportunities, leading the development of proposals and building strong relationships with clients.
The successful applicant will have previous HEOR and/or Market Access project experience from either another consultancy based position or from working within a manufacturer and a detailed understanding of the requirements and preferences of stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making (eg payers / HTA authorities / regulators) is essential. Previous line management experience would be advantageous but is not essential but applicants must be confident in project management, presenting to clients and creating innovative Market Access or Health Economics strategies. Formal training to MSc / PhD level in a life sciences subject or health economics is preferred.
