With your ability to connect people you’ll provide leadership and strategic direction to the development and success of our HMS capability.

By working cross-functionally and with your counterparts in our other global Business Units, you’ll help ensure consistency and high quality in HTA excellence across our organisation, as well as grow our level of knowledge and understanding regarding HTA modelling requirements. You’ll participate in appropriate external forums i.e., special interest groups of relevant organizations to advance AstraZeneca’s reputation and expertise in developing and applying HTA relevant techniques, as well as be part of our Market Access Leadership team.

  • Understanding and ability to interpret clinical and statistical data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Desirable for the role

  • Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally, at a regional or global level)
  • Experience in supporting the successful HTA and reimbursement of treatments in the areas of Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism and Respiratory & Immunology and Vaccines & Immune Therapies
  • A proven track record of publishing HTA related studies in high-impact journals
