Top Countries in Europe
Within Europe, hiring activity concentrated in a few key markets. Royaume-Uni led with 46 positions, followed by Suisse at 31. Espagne accounted for 25 roles, Allemagne for 24, and France for 18. The remaining 87 positions were distributed across other European countries.
Companies Recruiting Health Economists
A total of 100 companies posted roles during the month. Pharma companies dominated recruitment with 252 positions, whilst consulting firms posted 121 roles and biotech companies advertised 56 positions. Johnson & Johnson was the most active employer, followed by Novartis and Regeneron.
Role Seniority
Manageur level roles made up 80% of postings. Directeur positions accounted for 43%, consultant roles 15%, analyst positions 4%, and internship placements 6%.
Specialisms in Demand
Accès au marché remained the dominant specialism, featured in 79% of roles. Value & Access appeared in 68% of postings. la modélisation was present in 60%, HEOR in 54%, and HTA in 41%. Globale Gesundheit featured in 39% of roles, Dossiers de valeur in 38%, and Données de vraie vie in 37%.
Education Requirements
Among roles specifying education level, Master’s degrees were required for 63% of positions and PhD qualifications for 37%.
