What you will do:

As the Lead Analyst, Healthcare Economics & Value will help build and drive Stryker Sage’s health economic competency, support policy initiatives and support data strategies to enhance our clinical and financial value to customers across the continuum of care.

  • Develop data solutions to enhance our commercial health economic competency, collaborating with sales training, medical education, and brand leaders to create a compelling, data-driven health economic narrative for our customers.
  • Support value creation by aggregating clinical, quality, and financial data to drive advocacy initiatives across all health and public policy sectors, including CMS, CDC, Joint Commission, and Congress.
  • Research payers, payer policies, and claims data (including Medicare) for coding, coverage, and reimbursement to enhance organizational competency and identify new opportunities for clinical indications for Stryker Sage’s interventions in hospital and home care settings.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align our data competencies and capabilities with best-in-class data centered around CMS value-based performance and reporting programs.
  • Build data-on-demand capabilities to support sales training, medical education, and brand leaders in strengthening our health economic competency, empowering our organization to deliver greater clinical and financial value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the customer solutions Strategic Sales team to ensure our health economic value narrative is communicated across all channels and decision-making functions.
  • Develop supporting data to aid in the development of HEOR research that drives value initiatives and supports policy change initiatives.
  • Execute payer and provider-focused data strategies regarding the value of Stryker products.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of data analytical experience required
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with PowerBI
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data models
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and analyses is a plus

$85,500 – $182,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
