As a member of the EMEA Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and learn from more experienced colleagues. Under the supervision of one of our HEMA senior members, the selected candidate will assist the team in supporting the divisional objectives and strategy execution.
Your Responsabilities Will Be:
- Conducting literature review and epidemiologic data research – to support market access strategies and evidence generation for business purposes and into product development plans.
- Contributing to the local adaptation of health economic & value tools (i.e. value dossier, economic models, reimbursement submissions, etc.), leveraging clinical and economic data of key BSC technologies.
- Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, with commercial and marketing team for successful dissemination and execution the tools to ensure funding & reimbursement and timely market access.
- Assist the team with getting clinical and regulatory approval of key HEMA deliverables and provide project budget execution.
What Are We Looking For In You:
- Graduated on a bachelor´s or master´s degree in business, law, public administration, pharmacy, natural sciences engineering, medicine or related field.
- Former experience in Health Economics/Market Access within a med-tech or pharma multinational is preferred (1-2 years max).
- Fluent English and Italian (B2+)
- Strong analytical skills.

- Strong team spirit – Contribute to environment of mutual trust, respect and collaboration within team and business partners, showing professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
