As a member of the EMEA HEMA team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and learn from more experienced colleague.

This is a 12 month Graduate Contract and is to be based out of our office either in Milan, Madrid or Hemel Hempstead.

General Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of one of our HEMA senior members, the intern will assist the team in supporting the New Cardiology (Interventional Cardiology & Structural Heart) divisional objectives and strategy within the EMEA region. Key initiatives will include

•    Key focus on supporting BSC teams drive funding and access to Boston Scientifics interventional cardiology and structural heart portfolio.
•    Learn the dynamics and challenges within the EMEA markets and how this influences strategy and tactical roll out.
•    Support the delivery of HEMA economic programmes to help and influence current and future reimbursement strategy.
•    Contribute and develop HEMA tools and materials to support national and hospital-based submissions including business cases, literature review and epidemiologic data research
•    Contributing to the local adaptation of health economic & value tools (i.e. value dossier, economic models, reimbursement submissions, etc.), leveraging clinical and economic data of key BSC technologies.
•    Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, with commercial and marketing team for successful dissemination and execution the tools to ensure funding & reimbursement and timely market access.
•    Assist the team with getting clinical and regulatory approval of key HEMA deliverables and provide project budget execution

What are we looking for in a candidate?

•  University Bachelor or Master degree is a must (2023/204) in Health economics or business, economics, law, public administration, pharmacy, natural sciences engineering or medicine.

•    Fluent English (C1) & either Italian, Spanish (C1,C2)

•    Strong analytical skills
