We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: EU HTA Senior Manager (m/f/x).

The Position:

The EU HTA Senior Manager will coordinate and orchestrate the new EU HTA process across the Oncology portfolio to facilitate and optimize patient access in Europe for Daiichi Sankyo.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drives the development process of EU HTA dossier(s) across the Oncology portfolio (includes processing the submission(s) in a professional content-management environment)
  • Leads external Medical Writing Support
  • Responsible for the integrated management of the entire EU HTA process (project planning, team meetings/workshops, progress and closure) and ensures procedural excellence
  • Supports the EU HTA Team Lead by ensuring a seamless implementation of the overarching EU HTA Strategy
  • Serves as a link to involved Global and Regional functions such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, as well as key European Affiliates
  • Ensures team effectiveness, high quality communication, and transfer of learnings
  • Ensure alignment with other internal deliverables (e.g., Global Value Dossier, national HTA submissions), avoiding any duplication of efforts
  • Ensures flexible and agile management of challenges that characterize the implementation of EU HTA together with the cross-functional team, for instance, monitoring EU HTA developments, meeting the ambitious timelines, management of PICOs, data strategy, regulatory updates etc.

Education & Professional Experience:

  • Master Degree or equivalent in Health Economics, Life Sciences or comparable discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a Market Access/HEOR function or equivalent
  • Needs to have demonstrable experience with HTA submissions (experience with German or French HTA submissions is a plus)
  • Track record in management of complex projects and processes
  • Highly self-motivated, open-minded personality with positive can-do attitude, innovative and agile mindset (experience with AI is a plus)
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Result oriented and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work in a matrix organization and manage interfaces to different internal stakeholders (experience of working in an alliance is a plus)
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize and deliver based on deadlines and budget
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel if required
