Key Responsibilities: The job consists of two major areas:
Evidence Development Strategies:
Work in partnership with Commercial, Medical, HTA Head and Market Access Leads to:
- Support brand value proposition and product value story through preparing for submissions and locally adapt products’ value dossiers and evidence-based differentiation strategies to health authorities.
- Guide country affiliates in tailoring payer strategy
- Collaborate and build long term partnership with the cross functional and HTA teams locally and globally.
- Prepare value proposition tools for the Market Access field team.
- Provide value messaging training to the different field support teams as and when required.
- Adhere, develop, and adapt to internal access tools.
- Monitor and track HTA requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage all affiliate HEOR and RWE activities with the regional team.
- Guide country affiliate in tailoring payer strategy
- Work in partnership with the Pricing and Market Access leads and Access Head to ensure that robust pricing strategies are developed in alignment with the local teams to achieve optimal pricing.
- Work to coordinate the content of key brands marketing plans.
- Anticipate and Navigate Payer Landscape Changes.
- Champion Access and Pricing Strategies through managing the affiliate access, pricing, and payer-relevant evidence generation needs by bringing payer insights into product and non-product strategies.
Patient Support Program:
Work closely with Safety, Legal and Compliance to oversight Amgen PSPs in Saudi through:
- Serve as Amgen POC for all its patient support programs locally and globally.
- Support Global Strategic Sourcing team on Vendors selection and negotiation.
- Fulfill internal Safety and Compliance requirements.
- Perform program renewal and records keeping.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure KPIs achievement.
- Support the strategic Market Access Manager in budget management and resources allocation.
- Look for opportunities to grow and expand.
Skills:
- High level of accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment.
- Project management skills.
- In depth knowledge of Amgen disease(s) area and product(s) information.
- Analytical Skills in Clinical and Health Economics: Ability to critically review clinical and health economic literature, including disease state information, clinical trial design and outcomes, and pharmacoeconomic studies, to understand and communicate implications for payers effectively.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the local market, unmet need, and competitive landscape.
- Work with access leads to share key insights, support strategy development, and execute on in-line and future products/indications plans and activities.
- Knowledge of Health Care Compliance SOPs
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Bachelor’s degree.
- HTA / HEOR degree is a plus.
