Market Access Strategy Director

Job Purpose:

•          To lead and develop integrated market access strategies to maximize access opportunity and enable the success of access objective for Oncology assets.

•          To drive collaboration and alignment across business units, global payer strategy, MA internally and other cross-function partners to drive the successful launch readiness for Blenrep.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Integrated market access strategy development
  • MA environment analysis and payer insights
  • Analogue pricing & MA strategy and performance analysis, clinical and HEOR data analysis, and payer value message development
  • Pre-market: pricing and market access strategy, including public and private market, commercial insurance, innovative payment solution, and early access
  • Post-market: NRDL listing and landing; policy interpretation (e.g, DRG/DIP), maximize opportunity & manage risks, NEDL listing, post-LoE strategy
  • LOC representative at global working activities for both pipeline assets and in-market products
  • Work as LOC representative in global working group (e.g., GPS, VEO/MA platform)
  • Ensure LOC MA inputs to be reflected in global product strategy
  • Leveraging global resource and expertise during LOC strategy development
  • Business partner at LOC
  • Creates a strong bridge between MA and business units through robust strategic planning and applies expertise/ insights to enhance the market access propositions of products
  • Provide policy analysis of the external MA environment to identify opportunities and threats on the business priorities, and work with cross functions to drive strategy and plan development
