Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Market Access & Pricing Strategy
- Develop and execute market access strategies across self-pay and reimbursement channels for priority therapeutic areas.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and AP Market Access teams to optimize pricing, reimbursement, value dossiers, and access solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Value Proposition & Patient Access
- Develop and communicate compelling value stories supported by scientific and health economic evidence.
- Design and implement patient access solutions to address access barriers and improve patient uptake.
Patient Access Programs & Partnerships
- Lead Patient Access Programs (PAPs) and stakeholder partnership initiatives in compliance with J&J standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable, mutually beneficial access solutions.
Environmental Shaping & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with key reimbursement, payer, and healthcare stakeholders to support access and value recognition.
- Promote health economic evidence and value communication internally.
- Partner with patient associations and government affairs to strengthen patient advocacy and access.
Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare, preferably in Market Access, Health Economics, Pricing, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and policy environments.
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and access challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Business-level English proficiency.
