I am excited to be working on a new and unique search for a Global Pharmaceutical product Launch Strategy Manager to be based in the UK. The company I am partnering with is an established, rapidly growing international Market Access and Pricing business which offers a unique combination of innovative Digital Solutions and expert Consultancy Services. The business has achieved consistent double-digit growth in recent years and is continuing to expand at a strong pace.
The Launch Strategy Manager position is a new role, created to lead an exciting part of the business focusing on Pharma launch strategy. The incoming candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s innovative launch strategy platform which is used by several major international pharma companies. Working alongside internal Analysts, engineers and designers to create additional features and offerings, the Manager will be customer-facing and act a thought leader for the product launch space, representing the company at industry conferences and events as a speaker / panellist and leading workshops to advise clients about the benefits of the company’s launch strategy tools.
Experience of leading pharmaceutical product launch strategy at international level is essential, either from within a manufacturer or Consulting position. Applicants must have detailed experience of product launch planning and delivery in major markets and be confident advising pharma clients about optimal launch strategy.
