The position:

As a Senior Global HEOR Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Set HEOR strategies and tools to contribute to market access preparedness for Rare Renal Endocrine Disorders (RRED) products.
  • Lead the execution of the publication plan to ensure appropriate communication of generated evidence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence generation and dissemination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic input into clinical development plans and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • A master’s degree or PhD in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related field.
  • Strong publication planning and execution skills is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HEOR, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HEOR strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.
