The position:
As a Senior Global HEOR Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Set HEOR strategies and tools to contribute to market access preparedness for Rare Renal Endocrine Disorders (RRED) products.
- Lead the execution of the publication plan to ensure appropriate communication of generated evidence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence generation and dissemination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic input into clinical development plans and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
- A master’s degree or PhD in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or a related field.
- Strong publication planning and execution skills is a must.
- At least 5 years of experience in HEOR, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HEOR strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite.
