About the team:

DUPIXENT is the flagship of the Sanofi Specialty Care life changing Immunology Franchise. It is currently being launched worldwide in atopic dermatitis, asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis and prurigo nodularis, with the ambition of becoming the treatment of choice for all type 2 inflammation diseases due to its innovative mode of action. The portfolio for this product includes 10+ indications currently being evaluated at various stages of clinical development.

The DUPIXENT Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) Dermatology team is looking for an enthusiastic VIE who will deepen health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) skillsets by:

  • Manage and execute HEOR studies to support the clinical, economic, and humanistic value propositions of dupilumab across dermatology indications. Such studies may include core value dossier/AMCP dossier, burden of illness, epidemiology, literature review, real-world evidence, meta-analysis, economic models, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • Support contracting and project management activities.
  • Set evidence generation priorities and direction for assigned responsibilities and incorporate into daily practice.
  • Support the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan and Brand Planning processes, supervised by HEVA Business Partners.
  • Develop and maintain collegial relationships with internal cross-functional global/US stakeholders and external alliance partners.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD) in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)-related scientific disciplines or similar field.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in connection with this VIE assignment.
  • Previous experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research or Health Services Research would be a huge plus.
  • Solid experience with HEOR methodologies and applications.
  • Knowledge of and experience with global Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes and guidelines, submissions preferred.
  • Proficiency in principles of evidence-based medicine and clinical research.
  • Strong ability to partner with colleagues from other functional areas (e.g., Market Access & Pricing, Medical Affairs, Commercial).
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt to ways of working within the organization.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills.
