As a Senior Market Access Manager for Vaccines, you will play a critical role in co creating robust public market access strategy and implementing market access strategies to ensure optimal patient access , private insurance, corporate accounts and public reimbursement for our vaccine portfolio. You will work closely with functional leaders and cross-functional teams within and beyond LOC, including Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Commercial, market access and Government Affairs, to navigate complex market dynamics and healthcare systems. Your expertise will be vital in shaping policy and economic discussions, ensuring the successful launch and sustainable access to our vaccine in multiple markets across India.
Will be part of the Vaccine think tank in LOC and will be SPOC for all Public health matters within LOC and coordinate above LOC
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Market Access Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive market access strategies for the vaccine portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis and identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in various markets.
- Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, considering payer landscapes and competitive intelligence.
- Explore alternate channels for unlocking access like private insurance , PSU and large corporate wellness progns
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, payers, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Engage with health technology assessment (HTA) bodies and other regulatory authorities to support product submissions and approvals.
- Build stakeholder mapping for IRDA , PSU and Corporate
Value Demonstration:
- Develop and articulate the economic value proposition of the vaccine portfolio to support pricing and reimbursement negotiations.
- Collaborate with the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team to generate real-world evidence and economic models.
Policy and Advocacy:
- Monitor and analyze healthcare policy developments and trends that impact vaccine access and reimbursement.
- Develop and implement advocacy strategies to influence policy and decision-making processes at national and regional levels.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other internal teams to align market access strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide market access insights and support for product development and launch planning.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to market access, pricing, and reimbursement to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Health Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in market access, health economics, or a related field with exposure to vaccine
- Demonstrated experience in vaccines or infectious diseases is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful market access strategies.
- Ability to work in complex evolving healthscape and work with CFT / lead team

- Strong understanding of national and regional market access landscapes and healthcare systems.
