Job Responsibilities:
Define local market access objectives to maximize patient access to Gilead portfolio based on cooperate access goals.
Develop and execute regional market access analysis, strategy, access planning, action plan, access events and initiatives to accomplish local access goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, deliver value proposition and messages of key products, and drive access goals through multiple market access initiatives, including but not limited in local negotiation, PRDL, reimbursement policy adjustment and implementation etc.
Build up long term relationship and network with local payers, authorities, distributors, and stakeholders.
Track latest update of local healthcare policies and provide healthcare policy analysis to support business decision. Facilitate local commercial teams to understand the policies and potential impact.
Knowledge and skills:
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major of Medical, Pharmacy and equivalent is preferred
Leadership Competencies:
- Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skill, both internal and external.
- Well-developed networking ability.
- Strategy agility and ability of innovation.
- Proficient ability of issue analysis and solving.
- Teamwork and collaboration
Job Required Competencies:
- At least 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years’ experience in market access, channel management or key account management
- Capability of project management
- Capability of negotiation and influencing skills e.g. solid experience in local reimbursement negotiation is preferred
- Expertise with health economics is preferred

工作职责:
- 制定当地市场准入目标以最大化区域内患者对公司产品的准入;
- 制定和执行区域市场的准入分析、策略、规划、行动计划、活动及项目以达成当地市场准入目标;
- 与内外部关键客户合作,传递关键产品的价值定位及价值信息,通过多种准入方式完成地方准入目标,包括地方谈判、医保目录调整、医保政策的调整和执行等;
- 与区域内的支付者、政府部门、经销商和其他相关方建立起长期合作关系;
- 跟进当地医药卫生行业最新政策进展并提供分析为公司业务决策提供支持,并协助当地销售市场同事掌握了解相关的政策信息;
任职要求:
教育程度/所获资格证书
- 本科及以上
- 医学、药学或相关领域优先考虑
