As the Director of Global Health Economics, Value, and Outcomes (GHEVO) for In-line Brands, you will be the principal strategic and technical lead for our Neuroscience Therapeutic Area, primarily focused on the US market. You will develop and implement comprehensive evidence generation plans to meet the needs of various stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and patients.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Develop and execute evidence generation plans, including clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align evidence generation with brand strategic objectives.
  • Lead US evidence generation needs in collaboration with Medical, Payer, Market Access, and Commercial teams.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to complete GHEVO studies.
  • Provide expertise in the development of medical and clinical plans and studies.
  • Train field teams on GHEVO deliverables in preparation for asset launches.
  • Represent Teva at scientific, medical, regulatory, and payer meetings.
  • Stay abreast of trends in therapeutic areas, GHEVO, pricing, reimbursement, and market access.
  • Build a network of clinical, GHEVO, and payer experts to support market access strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Contribute to scientific communications and publications.

Your experience and qualifications

  • PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Market Access, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and health technology assessment guidelines
  • Ability to develop and execute function strategies and studies for specific compounds
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in neuroscience/psychiatry is preferred
