Novartis is seeking a dynamic Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Manager to enhance our market access outcomes and ensure the success of our products. About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor market trends, prepare Patient Access Strategies
- Generate evidence of product differentiation
- Develop persuasive value propositions
- Manage health-economy analysis
- Contribute to research
- Engage with customers to deliver value messages
- Cooperate on innovative solutions
Essential Requirements:
- Required Degree: University Degree in Sciences, Economics or related field
- Desirable degree: Health Economics, Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
- Languages: English and Czech – fluent, written and spoken
- Required positions: Previous experience as a HEOR Manager or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Desirable position: Experience in HTA submissions, Health Economics consulting, or academic research in Health Economics and Outcomes Research
- Other: Mobility is an advantage, knowledge of HEOR methodologies and evidence generation is highly desirable, experience in working with decision-makers and payers
