You are looking for a full-time position in an international strategy consultancy as a Manager Market Access and would like to join us to ensure that as many eligible patients as possible are treated with innovative medicines and medical technology products?
- Lead and manage market access strategies for innovative medicines and medical technology products in Germany.
- Develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies to ensure patient access to therapies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and market entry strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present market access proposals and value dossiers to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of market access strategies and adjust as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, health economics, business administration).
- 5+ years of experience in market access, pricing, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
