Senior Manager Market Access Disease

Senior Market Access Manager:

  • Lead the definition and execution of the Market Access strategy for products and indications throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the pre-launch phase of the product at the national level and communicate local needs to the Global team.
  • Contribute to the strategic review of the value dossier and HEOR tools.
  • Adapt global value strategies to the Portuguese market and incorporate input from Market Access clients.
  • Plan annual Market Access strategies for products and actively participate in cross-functional meetings.
  • Actively participate in the evaluation and allegations of national and hospital HTAs.
  • Implement the Price and Reimbursement (P&R) process for products/indications.
  • Plan the launch of different indications and coordinate materials and messages with the HEOR team.
  • Negotiate with Infarmed and design innovative price agreements.
  • Develop specific Market Access projects and activities for products and/or indications.
  • Generate value materials and messages for products or indications and train the Market Access field team.
  • Support the Regional Access team in the approval of commercial policies for indications under their responsibility.
  • Evaluate the result and performance in the implementation of Access projects and activities and commercial policies of their products.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably related to Health Sciences.
  • MBA or postgraduate studies valued.
  • Experience as a Market Access Manager in the area of Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology, Oncology, Hematology, etc.
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing HTA processes in Portugal from start to finish.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry valued.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative digital mindset.
  • Advanced modeling and analysis capabilities in Excel.
  • Languages: High level of Portuguese and English, Spanish valued.
