Did you register for an email alert for health economist jobs on the career page of a large pharmaceutical or consulting company? How are these alert emails working for you?

My personal experience with these alerts is this:
We all get too many emails already. These automatic job alerts tend to go unnoticed or directly to social or junk folders where you never see them. Plus, the job alerts just add to information overload.
