- The Access Lead is a strategic leadership role that provides technical and functional expertise to facilitate and pursue our North Star: Deliver Better Outcomes For More Patients Faster, in accordance with relevant local laws, regulations and Roche SOPs.
Your Opportunity
- Develop above Brand access strategy and solutions to create and deliver the value of our medicine to stakeholders that maximize the patient access opportunities in alignment with TA strategy.
- Co-create Brand/TA access strategies (including pricing and patient access solutions) with X-functions to maximize patient access to Roche medicines.
- Accountable for product pricing (including FPS): strategic development (including local/global approval), as well as implementation (in compliance with the approvals)
- Develop initiatives to find new funding/access solutions that can help increase patient access to Roche innovative medicines.
- Coordinate with Policy colleagues and external stakeholders to shape Access Policies.
- Develop above Brand access strategy and solutions to create and deliver the value of our medicine to stakeholders that maximize the patient access opportunities in alignment with TA strategy.
- Co-create Brand/TA access strategies (including pricing and patient access solutions) with X-functions to maximize patient access to Roche medicines.
- Accountable for product pricing (including FPS): strategic development (including local/global approval), as well as implementation (in compliance with the approvals)
- Develop initiatives to find new funding/access solutions that can help increase patient access to Roche innovative medicines.
- Monitoring macro changes (including policy changes) and analyze the impact to Healthcare system, Patients and Roche, timely communication and recommendations for X-functions to take actions.
HTA and evidence generation
- Accountable for ensuring HTA researches for responsible products are delivered timely with high quality
- Coordinate with cross functions, General ASM and the HTA network to define suitable HTA models to ensure the optimal HTA result in Viet Nam.
- Accountable for developing local value packages and generating local evidence (if any) for responsible products that have strong evidence to support the advocacy for funding at national as well as ecosystem/account level.
Reimbursement
- Fully accountable for brand reimbursement strategies (co-create with X-functions), including pricing and negotiation strategies
- Accountable and responsible for reimbursement dossiers preparation and submission in a timely manner
