Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic pricing and reimbursement plan for existing and upcoming Amgen products.
- Develop reimbursement dossier, pharmacoeconomic study, budget impact analysis and stakeholders’ engagement plan.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, medical and finance to excute the pricing and reimbursement plan.
- Develop annual strategic plans and projects that support the business in Korea.
- Engage external stakeholders in industry, government (HIRA, MoHW, and NHIS), and academics.
- Shape the access environment with the industry association to favor the market access of Amgen products.
- Leads and/or provide inputs to the pre & post-market regional HEOR studies and projects, including clinical and economic outcomes research, patient reported outcomes, health economics modeling (budget impact and cost effectiveness) & literature searches.
- Manages budget and other relevant resources and timelines on the HEOR and Access projects, Track, communicate, and produce deliverables as planned to relevant contacts externally and internally.
Required Competencies/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or above), preferably in pharmacy and healthcare
- Preferred Master’s degree in pharmacy or public health
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in market access
- Fluency in English and Korean (Written and Spoken)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in Korea healthcare system and national reimbursement environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work, lead and influence the cross funcitonal team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and advanced ability with Excel
