Key areas of responsibility:
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data, pricing, and further economic analysis for reimbursement applications.
- Execute comprehensive market access strategies through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modeling activities.
- Assess and optimize reimbursement and pricing strategies to ensure fair pricing, sufficient access, and sustainable revenue generation. (Associate manager).
- Help develop strong core messaging by analyzing key economic data outcomes. Use this analysis to create positive and compelling commercial opportunities for our products, both internally and externally.(Associate manager).
- Work closely with payers, including HTA, reimbursement influencers and other decision makers to ensure reimbursement effective.
- Collaborate with regional office and Taiwan cross-functional team to manage pricing issue.(Associate manager).
- Familiar with health policy issues and participant industry meeting to maximize company business.
- Monitor and assess government policy and develop reactive responses.
Other individual assignments:
To give any supports which may be required from cross-function or region office.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in pharmacy, health economics or related disciplines
- TOEIC scores >=800
- Qualifications in pharmacy, public health, or life sciences.
- Post graduate qualifications in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health economics.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HTA/market access/pricing field.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, medical devices or affiliated industry.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationship at senior levels with decision makers. (Associate manager)
- Strategic thinker and highly customer focused. (Associate manager)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Experiences in developing and executing market access strategies.
- Experiences in developing health economic models and preparing reimbursement price applications.
