Reporting into the Regional Market Access leader for Asia Pacific, you will partner with markets to ensure successful execution of access, tender, and pricing strategies consistent with the integrated business plan for critical assets within the company\u2019s Vaccines & Infectious Disease product portfolio.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n

\u2022 Enable the development of tailored value propositions and Access, pricing and negotiation strategies for Vaccines and Infectious Disease Assets across Asia Pacific.
\n\u2022 Working directly with Markets and Cross Function Teams, manage the development of strategic responses to external economic, regulatory and political environments.
\n\u2022 Represent the AP region to provide input to the development of global access and pricing strategies for Vaccines and Infectious Disease assets.
\n\u2022 Liaise with the Global Market Access and Commercial teams to lead the execution of the global access strategy for assets within the Vaccines & Infectious Disease portfolio across AP Markets.
\n\u2022 Plan and execute landscape and pricing research to support and build market access strategies for products and indications. Ensure appropriate pricing, access, and negotiation strategies to achieve optimal reimbursed access as well as enhance Access in private markets.
\n\u2022 Design and implement regional access initiatives supporting local short- and long-term objectives and outcomes.
\n\u2022 Support markets in implementation of strategic projects to identify evidence requirements. Proactively generate insights through the use of local & other data sources, drive data generation to address data gaps, partner on study\/model design, generate locally tailored value messages to relevant stakeholders and support development and the implementation of reimbursement proposals that address payers\u2019 challenges.
\n\u2022 Support and guide country price approval proposals and supporting business cases Analyzing pricing levels, pricing research, interfaces with HQs, creation and implementation of tools to support price management.
\n\u2022 Guide Market affiliates as they develop their local access plans, including optimal approaches with governmental agencies and payers, and help them prepare for new product\/indication launches.
\n\u2022 Develop and Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Payer landscape (including barriers and opportunities) across the region, as well as policy objectives, health priorities, and planned initiatives of governments throughout the region, in so far as they may impact on Access for products, together with the Policy, Communication, and Medical teams.
\n\u2022 Demonstrate market access subject matter expertise in key Therapy\/Capability Areas, including HTA, Tendering, Negotiations, Contracting and Affordability Solutions.
\n\u2022 Partner with the Learning & Development team and other stakeholders to augment executional excellence and pricing, access, negotiation and health economic capabilities of affiliates to support the value and access strategy.<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE<\/p>\n

We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable leader who is capable of earning the trust and confidence of peers and leaders, and accustomed to working in a dynamic region and within a matrix structure.<\/p>\n

To be successful in this role, you will also have:<\/p>\n

\u2022 BA\/BS degree in business administration, health policy, or health economics (or equivalent) from an accredited university. A Master\u2019s degree is preferred.
\n\u2022 Strong experience in market access, health economics, outcomes research and pricing in the pharmaceutical industry at Regional level.
\n\u2022 Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization and establish influential relationships with key stakeholders to formulate payer collaborations.
\n\u2022 Ability and proven capability in synthesizing and integrating strategic information from across commercial functions.<\/p>\n
