This role involves close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to optimize access for new products and indications and drive meaningful policy reform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and implement sustainable market access and pricing strategies for Roche\u2019s products and portfolio from pre-launch through life-cycle management.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the primary focus of high medical value products to guide future new product planning efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Drive ecosystem and policy-shaping activities to support and expand broader patient access opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead successful NHIA reimbursement submissions and negotiations and oversee the end-to-end process.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate and execute pharmacoeconomics and HTA strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust, payer-relevant evidence is generated (via clinical trials, health economic modeling, real-world evidence, and meta-analyses) to comprehensively demonstrate product value.<\/li>\n<li>Identify patient access barriers or opportunities and develop best-in-class access solutions for the self-pay market and areas beyond standard NHIA coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with global teams, commercial teams, and cross-functional groups to align and execute overall access strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute engagement plans with KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and diverse external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct all business activities in full compliance with Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection policies, while demonstrating a solid understanding of compliance requirements and upholding the high standard of integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor degree in the field (pharmacy, public health, economics, public policy or life sciences). An advanced (Master\u2019s or doctorate) degree is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>&gt;5 years experience in medical device\/diagnostic test reimbursement and\/or self-pay strategy experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required skills and qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiar with NHIA process of medical devices\/diagnostic solutions and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically.<\/li>\n<li>Deep appreciation of science and ability to translate scientific information into strategy.
