This role brings dedicated health-financing and health-economics capability to the unit, working across the questions at the core of AB PM-JAY: benefit-package selection, evidence-based package pricing and costing, strategic purchasing and value-based care, and the cost-benefit of beneficiary-inclusion and eligibility decisions. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping the analytical agenda of the HAAU with a view to firmly establish AB-PMJAY on a path towards financial sustainability while continuing to scale towards Universal Health Coverage.
