Our weekly health economics jobs newsletter has reached 2,000 subscribers. Obviously, I&#8217;m very pleased about this.<br><br>Who are these 2,000 persons? Well, they are health economists, who are actively or passively looking for their next job. This is still a relatively small portion of all the 25,000 visitors that the job board annually has.<br><br>It is not just the size of the email list. The email open rate is equally important. In the recruitment industry, the average email open rate is 18%. Guess how much the open rate of our weekly jobs newsletter is? It&#8217;s 37%. So, it&#8217;s twice higher than the industry average.<br><br>This shows that we are providing our fellow health economists a service that is really useful for them. This also demonstrates that, in this era of massive generalized job boards and platforms, there&#8217;s still a need and space for a niche job board, like ours.<br><br>So why do health economists sign up for this list?
