Global Market Access Manager

Within its Immunology Therapeutic area Janssen is focusing on autoimmune diseases caused by antoantibodies. Janssen is committed to bring innovation to patients, specifically to those with high unmet need. The Global Market Access manager will be tasked with supporting indications of a pipeline asset Nipocalimab from a Market Access perspective across different stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

The global market access Manager will support the Compound Market Access Lead (CMAL) in the following areas:

·         Designing and managing health outcomes studies including: systematic literature reviews, retrospective database analyses, and prospective physician or patient studies

·         Supporting the development of user friendly cost effectiveness and budget impact models.  Interacting with functions such as Health Economics Modeling to ensure coordination and alignment on data generation strategies

·         Executing on payer value generation and access strategies in maternal fetal indications

·         Interacting with Regional Market Access / US Value & Evidence and Medical Affairs teams to execute real world evidence in support of the assigned indications

·         Coordinating study contracts and ensuring the study protocols compliant to Janssen processes

Qualifications

·         Must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in appropriate field (Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Health Economics).

·         2-5+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research or Market Access is required.

·         A good understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and drug development process is required.

·         Prior therapeutic experience is preferred but not required.

·         The successful candidate will have superior communication and strong interpersonal skill, demonstrated through working within cross-functional teams.

·         An understanding of and/or experience with the reimbursement environment for key international markets is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $113,000 – $195,500.

·         Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

·         Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

·         Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year

·         Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

·         Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
