What you’ll be doing?
- Being a part of our outstanding COE Pricing Team based in Warsaw means taking over one of the Business Units and taking a lead of all strategic pricing activities in Western Europe.
- Providing full strategic and analytical pricing support to Senior Leadership including pricing/profitability management activities, Pricing Mentorship creation (Floor and Target prices), reviewing the pricing performance of products, and participating in various pricing-related projects.
- Crafting and improving pricing tools or dashboards that measure the impact, support decision-making, and improve pricing performance.
- As a Center of Excellence member: supporting maintenance, reporting, and process improvement related to our Sales Force Dot Com-based pricing/tender tools (Model N/CPQ) and JD Edwards ERP system in the pricing area.
- Optimize operational pricing for peak performance and profitability to ensure maximum efficiency with groundbreaking insights and expertise for even greater success
- Supporting WE country Teams with process improvements, automation, technical knowledge (systems, platforms, reporting), etc.
What you’ll bring:
- University Degree (preferably Economics / Business Studies, Finance).
- Previous work experience in pricing or business analysis with healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficient in both Polish and English – regional Western Europe responsibility.
- Sophisticated user knowledge of MS Excel including tools building and optimization (VBA, Power BI/Tableau knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to work with big, sophisticated datasets, various systems, platforms, and tools to combine them and transform them into user-friendly working tools.
- Happiness from working in Excel and various systems.
- Hands-on experience in operational pricing (understanding end-to-end pricing process, pricing (CPQ) and ERP (JD Edwards or SAP) sophisticated, complex pricing matrix, pricing setup, process of disputes, discrepancies, etc.).
- Excellent presentation skills combined with excellent analytical skills plus attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Combination of independence at work and good phenomenal teammate skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive approach and ability to collaborate and drive alignment on the Senior Leadership/Top Management level.
- Familiarity with public tenders, quoting, and operational pricing will be a plus.
- Experience with the SalesForce.com platform will be an added customer value
