What You Do:
Market Access Roles and Responsibilities (Healthcare Malaysia):
- Execution of market access strategy and stakeholders’ engagement:
- Listing/expand new products/indication into MOH/MOE formulary.
- Develop value proposition and drive evidence generation (health economics study) to support listing.
- Map and engage relevant stakeholders in MOHs or selected institutions.
- Tender management:
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities in MOH.
- Drive tender process governance according to SOP.
- Strategic engagement with tender agents to identify and manage risk and opportunity in tender environment.
- Price strategy and maintenance/governance:
- Understand pricing strategies and support business case development to optimise access.
- Maintenance of price in Price4U.
- Support public affairs and policy shaping initiatives – Fertility Counts, Thyroid Manifesto (tbc).
- Patient Assistance Program (PAP) governance
Medical Science Executive Roles & Responsibilities (Neurology and Immunology, Malaysia)
- Conceptualization and execution of Key Thought Leader engagement plans and support execution of medical affairs activities based on MASP in collaboration with cross-functional team.
- Provides formal medical/scientific information to HCPs in response to unsolicited requests with appropriate information on N&I products.
- Conduct CMEs, round table discussions and engage in scientific discussions with HCPs, as well as support medical educational events.
- Collate, record and share insights obtained from the scientific interactions to deepen our understanding on the unmet needs of our external stakeholders.
- Develop medical materials, review marketing materials (ie. Veritas) and conduct local internal scientific trainings for the N&I team.
- Record medical affairs driven initiatives within internal compliance system (ie. iHub) for compliance review and documentation.
Who You Are
- Degree in Health Sciences, Doctorate degree in Medical OR Pharmacy disciplines.
- At least 1-2 years of Medical Affairs or Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
- Good presentation, communication and writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
