The Statistician position is a new role and offers the chance for an experienced Statistician to join a stable, well-trained and friendly team and to work on a range of interesting projects. The main responsibilities of the position will include:
Design of study protocols and statistical analysis plans, the preparation of various datasets and undertaking of relevant analyses, reviews of statistical models created by the statistics team and/or health economists and the creation and presentation of reports to clients.
Applicants must have a good level of training within statistics, preferably at MSc / PhD level. In addition, experience with R, STATA AND Microsoft Excel is highly desirable as is experience of working with patient level data and/or large individual level data sets. Previous experience of working on survival analysis, generalised linear models and multilevel models would also be beneficial.
