This is an exciting new position created due to consistent growth within a very well-respected research & consulting organisation in the UK. The PRO Project Director will be responsible for leading multiple projects for a client list consisting of Pharma & Biotech companies both in the UK and internationally and there is a desire from the company to grow the team in the coming years.

As Project Director, you will be client facing; acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication throughout project lifecycles and building long term relationships.

In addition to day-to-day project and client leadership responsibilities, the Project Director will also take on responsibility for leading a small (3 people) but strong team of researchers and statisticians and the company is eager to grow the team in the coming years.

If you are an experienced PRO (Patient Reported Outcomes) Consultant / Scientist and would like to develop your career in a leadership position within one of the most well-respected stable companies in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

A track record of delivering successful PRO projects is essential and applicants must have good technical skills and an understanding of the range of quantitative methods / statistical techniques used in PRO projects. In addition, excellent project management and presentation skills are vital. Previous team leadership responsibility would be an advantage but is not essential. However, a desire to lead people and projects is vital.
