The Health Economics & Market Access Manager is a key member the Market Access and HEORteam, reporting to the Head of Market Access – UK & Ireland.
As the Health Economics & Market Access Manager, you will manage the accelerated, patient access and timely funding for Ipsen’s medicines by leveraging market access, HTA and health economic expertise and techniques and evidence/data generation expertise to deliver value and drive achievement of therapy area/commercial strategies in the UK and Ireland.
In this role your primary focus will be:
HTA Strategy & Submissions
- Develop and agree HTA strategies for allocated products through engagement with all relevant internal and externalstakeholders
- Develop, manage and deliver high quality submissions to national health technology assessment organisations
Stakeholders landscaping/build networks and engagement
- Engage with and build relationships with key clinicians, local and national payers, and HTA officials to support all allocated brands
Generate Health Economics (HE)/Real World Evidence (RWE)
- Own health economic plans for allocated products, design and develop models and implement studies

Maintaining Technical/Expert Knowledge
- Keep an up to date understanding of the external market access environment in the UK and Ireland
In order to be considered for this role you will have a relevant qualification coupled with a proven track record in Health Economics and Market Access. Prior experience in writing Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions and in pharmacoeconomic modeling are essential.
