This is a senior leadership position within a large and well established Market Access and HEOR Consultancy company which has a loyal global client base and offers a wide variety of services traversing Value Communications, Health Economics research, evidence development, Market Access & Pricing strategy.
As a Director, you will take on senior project management and client leadership responsibilities as well as line management tasks for Consultant / Senior Consultant level team members. This is not intended to be a hands-on role with regards to projects and the Director will focus more on business and team leadership but may be required to offer support and guidance to project teams occasionally.
Previous Consulting experience is essential for this position and proven line management / team leadership experience is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will have proven experience within some / all of the following project areas: Global Value Dossiers, Payer Value propositions, Health Economic models, reimbursement reviews, HTA submissions and should have a genuine interest in delivering high quality and innovative work.
