The Global Value & Access Manager, Prostate Cancer Franchise supports the development and execution of the health economics/outcomes research, pricing and market access strategies for Lu-PSMA-617 in pre-taxane and mHSPC indications within prostate cancer franchise. They collaborate with colleagues from prostate cancer franchise cross-functionally to achieve alignment with program and brand strategies, optimizing brand value, market access performance and quality.

Main Activities, Tasks and areas of responsibilities:

• Supporting the development of a Market Access Strategy for pre-taxane and mHSPC indications, reflecting the emerging and evolving needs of payers while maximizing the value of post-taxane indication and future pipeline
• Coordinating Global interaction with payers or with experts to shape the commercial and R&D portfolio strategy/priorities/management for the disease area
• Generating and implementing the Global Evidence Plan for pre-taxane and mHSPC indications and incorporating Global Market Access input into pivotal clinical programs to cover payers’ needs and expectations in order to secure successful pricing and access of pre-taxane and mHSPC indications globally
• Supporting the development of the market access plan (landscape assessment, price strategy, evidence strategy) and developing global materials (e.g. Global Value Dossier, payer value messages, health economic models, publications/ abstracts) for the pre-taxane and mHSPC indications
• Assisting country affiliates in their reimbursement negotiations by integrating country-specific needs into the pricing and HE strategy and preparing information support such as training on global materials, pricing and negotiation workshops
• Managing the GVA budget for assigned product(s) /project(s)/disease area
• Supporting strategic portfolio activities for assigned products and indications such as Disease Area Strategy & Product Strategy

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• University degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. PharmD, MD) or advanced degree in Science, Biomedical research, Epidemiology
• Preferred Graduate degree (Doctorate, Masters, or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics or related fields

Languages:

• Fluent in English,
• Additional language will be considered an asset

Experience /Professional requirements:

• 5-10 years’ relevant experience (in market access, HE&OR, Pricing & reimbursement or HTA functions) within pharmaceutical industry
• Experience of working in a country affiliate
• Good knowledge of HEOR
• Good knowledge about global health care systems and pricing & reimbursement decision making across multiple geographies
• Launch and pre-launch experience preferred
• Experience managing a small cross-functional team in a matrix environment preferred
• Ideally experience in a global or regional role
• Ideally, experience of working in prostate cancer
