Primary Purposes of Position:
Responsible for strategy development and execution, evidence generation, and value dossier preparation to facilitate market access of Takeda existing products and new launches. The position will require collaboration across the various internal functions, management of projects and vendors, as well as engaging external HTA experts and other relevant stakeholders
Main Duties to be performed:
• Design and manage HEOR and HTA projects with internal and external collaborators to facilitate product market access
• Build long-term relationship with key stakeholders and authorities (including HTA experts) to collect and shape key trends, as well as to drive access initiatives
- Develop product value proposition, communication tools, access tactics and submission materials for formulary listing and reimbursement negotiation• Design and execute activities and projects to implement the access strategies for new and existing products
• Assembles and leads cross-functional teams across Access Excellence, BU, etc to design and execution access and HEOR projects
