Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Senior HEMAR Manager, actively contribute to various HEMAR projects/assignments including but not limited to:
- Reimbursement & Value Dossiers development
- Health Economic study adaptations
- Pricing and Business Planning input
- Internal Pricing Database management & pricing approval process
Assume market access responsibility for specific products, via the below activities:
- Review, assess and adapt global/EMEA economic models and value dossiers to Greece’s business needs and be in position to present and communicate key messages to the right internal audience
- Contribute to reimbursement and commercial strategies and deploy respective tactics to achieve & maintain optimal reimbursement status.
- Participate in EMEA HEMAR functional networks, liaise and collaborate with the respective EMEA HEMAR teams to provide local input and receive guidance
- Project management of external agencies in developing health economic models, tools and publications to support the business needs.
- Support Senior Market Access Manager in engaging with clinicians, academics and payers to build a keen awareness of customer needs and deliver projects that leverage external stakeholders’ insights and add value to HC System stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the development of tools, generation of primary data or exploitation of secondary data that strengthen the Value Proposition of company’s products, with the collaboration of commercial and medical affairs colleagues.
- Participate into cross-functional product teams (CVT’s), for specific products and contribute to overall strategy and tactics.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Business, Economics or a Medical-related subject and a MSc in Health Economics / Policy
- Professional experience at an operational level for 1-2 years in the field of Health Economics and / or Market Access
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of the evolving local Pricing & Reimbursement environment
- Ability to critically analyze clinical and economic data and translate complex topics into simple and strong value messages that support the business
- PC literate & fluent in English
- Driving license & military obligations fulfilled
