Global HEOR Associate Director Oncology – Boulogne, France

 

The Global HEOR Director develops Evidence Generation and Value demonstration strategies and drive tactical activities to demonstrate and communicate the value of Cabometyx in line with the Access strategy and brand ambition.

The Global HEOR Director oversees generation and communication of value arguments and build strong HTA dossiers to support HTA appraisals and Pricing & Reimbursement negotiations.

He/she holds bottom-line accountability for successful execution of Health Technology Assessment submissions.

The Global HEOR Director works cross-functionally with global Pricing & Market Access, as well as Development, Medical Affairs and Marketing department.

The Director manages the Global HEOR budget for Cabometyx in indications in charge.

  • Define Evidence Generation/Value demonstration strategy to demonstrate the best value of the asset to support Health Technologies Assessment submissions and Pricing & Reimbursement negotiations
  • Ensure meeting external requirements from payers and competitive opportunities in value development strategy, through effective collaboration with P&MA Global Director
  • Lead activities to deliver evidence-based demonstration of clinical, patient and economic product value
  • Develop HTA positioning and core HTA dossier for Cabometyx in indications in charge, in line with the Access strategy
  • Hold bottom-line accountability for successful HTA executions
  • Define and develop Value communication strategies and publication plans for Cabometyx in indications in charge
    • Ensure the publication of study results and their presentation in internal and external working groups, networks, congresses
  • Work in seamless collaborations with countries
    • Guide countries in the definition of global value development strategy and support countries local HTA strategy definition and core HTA evidence adaptation
    • Support countries in early advice with HTAs
  • Support countries in designing post-approval real-world evidence and effectiveness data collection as required by national HTA agencies/payers
  • Partner with key internal interfaces (local Market Access and global functions such as R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Public Affairs, Patient Affairs, External Communication, Ethics & Compliance…)

  • Strong conceptual, methodological, and analytical skills. Previous experience in one or more core competencies is required (e.g. economic modeling, evidence synthesis, patient reported outcomes, real world evidence, or HTA dossier preparation)

  • Ability to build up, sustain and strengthen internal and external expert networks to ensure the relevance of the generated evidence in the light of changing HTA requirements
  • Expand company’s knowledge of HEOR to global and local teams
  • Monitor and review of HTA assessments for the competitive landscape
  • Understand HTA requirements, trends and changes with a specific focus in Oncology
  • Experience & Qualifications :    Strong analytical background combined with a commercial focus and business-oriented mindset
  • At least 7 years in the field of HEOR
  • Experience in value demonstration strategy and HTA submissions for a product
  • Oncology experience is preferred, with launch experience and background in pharmaceutical company

Proven experience in successfully managing multiple international projects deadlines in a hands-on manner within a fast-paced work environment – in full compliance with laws, regulations and policies

Knowledge of international health care systems
