As a Junior Health Economist in Market Access, you are part of Denmark’s strongest health economics team in an international and well-consolidated company. Market Access is responsible for identifying, analyzing and communicating the value of our products to the most important customers and actors in the healthcare system. In this connection, the department prepares price analyses, health economic analyzes and register studies – and has a dialogue with the national and regional authorities and decision makers.

Area of ​​responsibility: As a Junior Health Economist in Market Access, you work closely with the department’s Senior Health Economist and also perform tasks in collaboration with the other colleagues in the department. In the job you will e.g.:

  • Assist and generate health economic analyses, price analyses and registry studies
  • Support Medicines Council processes
  • Prepare and assist reimbursement applications as well as other applications to the Danish health authorities
  • Independently collect, monitor and map relevant data and pricing
  • Prepare presentations to management or other stakeholders
  • Support business critical processes and ad hoc tasks in the department

Profile:

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a passionate student, who is eager to learn and develop within market access.

  • You have completed the first 2-3 years of relevant higher education (e.g. public health science, economics, political science or similar) and are showing a high professional level during your studies
  • You are a quick learner and curious about new opportunities and tasks
  • You have knowledge of and/or interest in health economics and the health care sector – maybe you already know words such as ICER, QALY and Markov model
  • You work independently and show initiative
  • You are analytical and have strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • You have flair for making presentations and are confident communicating data and results also to people who do not have this as their primary task
  • You are ambitious and have an interest in working in an international environment
  • You speak and write Danish and English at a professional level
  • Last but not least, you are a good collaborator, interested in other people and contribute positively to Our Company and the market access team being a nice place to be.
