You will identify where AI can create meaningful business and customer value and translate those opportunities into scalable products with measurable outcomes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a Group of AI Products: Serve as the Group Product Manager for a portfolio of AI products, defining the vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across the product group. Operate as a player-coach, directly owning one product while providing strategic direction, coaching, and accountability across the broader product group.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and Develop Product Talent: Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, establishing strong product practices and a culture of customer focus, accountability, and measurable outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Portfolio Prioritization: Make cross-product prioritization and investment trade-offs, manage dependencies, and focus resources on the highest-value customer and business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Connect Business and Technology Strategy: Partner with Value &#038; Access, engineering, data science, architecture, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs and business opportunities into product capabilities and scalable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Own the Product Lifecycle: Guide AI and machine learning products from discovery and experimentation through launch, adoption, scaling, and ongoing optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Value and Product Performance: Own product-group outcomes, KPIs, adoption, usage, and AI\/model performance measures. Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve products and demonstrate value realization.<\/li>\n<li>Scale AI Responsibly: Ensure products are scalable, enterprise-ready, and aligned with applicable Responsible AI, privacy, security, and technology standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Basic Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>Doctorate degree and 4 years of Information\/Technology\/Digital Product Management experience<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>Master\u2019s degree and 8 years of Information\/Technology\/Digital Product Management experience<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree and 10 years of Information\/Technology\/Digital Product Management experience<\/p>\n<p>In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 4 years\u2019 experience directly managing people and\/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years with AI\/ML or data-driven enterprise products.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading a portfolio or group of related products as a product suite.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building products supporting Commercial Value &#038; Access within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of AI\/ML technologies, including generative AI, agents, AI platforms, and production AI systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience evaluating customer needs, product usage, business outcomes, and AI\/model performance to guide product decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex product and technology strategies clearly.<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of people management and\/or significant leadership experience directing teams, programs, or resources.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience leading digital products, defining product strategy and roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and measuring product outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted.
