This role focuses on translating clinical and economic value into coding, coverage, and reimbursement outcomes that drive measurable patient access and business impact.<\/p>\n<p>This position reports to the Vice President, Value &#038; Access, Diagnostics and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, and is part of the Chief Innovation Office and will be fully remote or at any Diagnostics office site.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will the opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead development and execution of Access strategies, including coding, followed by coverage and reimbursement strategy for oncology diagnostics and computational pathology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Shape payer engagement strategies to secure appropriate medical policy coverage and payment levels, anticipating and mitigating access risks across commercial\/private and government payers<\/li>\n<li>Embed access requirements into innovation, launch planning, and portfolio strategy<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of global Access strategies, ensuring alignment across key geographies (U.S., Europe, Asia, LATAM)<\/li>\n<li>Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Product Development, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the Value &#038; Access voice in the development, launch, and go-to-market decisions across Danaher Oncology portfolio operating companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The essential requirements of the job include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, PharmD)<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Access, reimbursement, payer engagement, HEOR, or related roles in diagnostics, medical devices, or oncology<\/li>\n<li>Experience in oncology, including precision medicine, biomarkers, or computational pathology \/ AI-enabled diagnostics<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting or contributing to global Access strategies across multiple geographies<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and influence senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Travel<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Domestic and international travel is required (approximately 30-40%)<\/p>\n<p>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting diagnostics product launches<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to evidence generation and health economic concepts<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with data-driven performance management and continuous improvement frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 &#8211; $220,000.
