- Salary: Up to $250k / €200k depending on experience plus package.
This is a brand new and exciting opportunity within a large, Global Medical Device company working in a high profile, specialist disease area. Working within an innovative team, assessing early stage assets and potential business development opportunities, the Global Head of Value & Access will bring extensive experience of international markets (US & Europe essential), detailed medical device / medtech sector knowledge and strong commercial leadership skills as well as proven experience of engaging successfully with payers, HTA authorities and other relevant stakeholders in the product development pathway.
Working closely with Market Access, Business Development, R&D, Finance and HEOR colleagues, the Global Head of Value & Access will be a key part of the product assessment, development and planning process, working to bring innovative, value-driven products to market and responsibilities will include: engaging with payers, advising internal teams about payer / country preferences, evidence requirements and making go / no-go decisions regarding products in development and external business development / acquisition opportunities.
