Associate Scientist/Scientist – Strategic Market Access

Our Scientists are essential contributors to our team. They enjoy working across various projects and are responsible for delivering high-quality outputs. They support project leads in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, global organization, focusing on developing evidence dossiers for a US-based audience and other strategic deliverables in the US and engaging in local and global market access deliverables. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and/or guiding and mentoring junior consultants on US-based evidence dossiers and performing quality control of project deliverables:
    • Developing pharmacotherapeutic dossiers
    • Landscape assessments and strategy development
    • Developing pharmacoeconomic dossiers
  • Conducting and/or guiding and mentoring junior consultants on evidence synthesis and value communication projects and performing quality control of project deliverables
  • Adhering to project budgets and timelines
  • Supporting client interactions and outreach to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assisting with requests for proposals and supporting the growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships
  • Supporting the development of, implementation, and maintenance of internal processes and quality standards
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field
  • Contributing to thought leadership and publications

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in any relevant science, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics
  • Experience writing/managing AMCP Dossiers; with a good understanding of the types of evidence included in each dossier section
  • Experience with contributing to evidence synthesis projects, including systematic and targeted literature reviews, feasibility assessments
  • Experience with contributing to value communication projects, such as global value dossiers, value proposition development and testing, objection handlers, payer communication tools
  • Experience developing/managing the development of visually focused value slide decks, PIE Decks, GVDs/CVDs, other types of value communication deliverables
  • Solid analytical and statistical understanding with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, ensuring that expectations are exceeded
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Team player, but also able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Travel Requirements 

  • 10% potential global travel
