Consistent revenue and client growth has created the opportunity to recruit for a senior leadership position and the incoming Principal Consultant will benefit from joining an already successful team but will also be joining at a time where there is commitment and investment from the company owner to expand the team further and to support the Principal in developing a truly market-leading HTA and Value Strategy team.
Previous experience of leading UK HTA submissions is essential in this role and applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the relevant processes and requirements for HTA for at least some of the UK bodies (NICE / SMC / AWSMG / NCPE). Previous line management responsibility is not essential but leadership skills are important and candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to provide project and people leadership at interview.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HTA Manager or Consultant from a pharma or Consulting background to develop their career in a leadership role where there is stability, a well-qualified and experienced team and a strong pipeline of work.
This position will be fully remote and the incoming Principal can be based anywhere in the UK.
