At this role you’ll develop and implement comprehensive plans to expand patient access to our treatments by articulating agreements with different stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
Main responsibilities:
- Align & Develop business priorities with other internal stakeholders. Setting ambitious goals for both performing and transforming the organization.
- Ensure team development through Inspiring leadership and coaching capabilities. Provide timely feedback and set action plans to ensure the business results.
- Lead the development & execution of integrated account plans to ensure broad patient access and early adoption of our treatments.
- Explore and implement innovative models to broad patient access for key assets.
- Ensure high level of stakeholder management, mainly with key decision makers of HTA organizations – Public & Private Health Systems – Other relevant organizations.
- Collaborate and Co-develop with Franchise leaders of Market Access oriented activities.
- Active participation in pre-launch processes, co-developing go to market strategies and tactics oriented to access acceleration.
About you
- Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical Industry / Health Care. At least 4 years in Market Access leadership roles and local health care system understanding.
- Soft and technical skills:
- Organization and project management skills, Strong teamwork, collaboration skills, demonstrate understanding and respect for cultural differences and needs.
- HEOR Knowledge will be highly valued, Pricing knowledge, reimbursement & launches strategies implementation, Scientific, Clinical and Commercial knowledge.
- General HTA and Payer Trends knowledge, Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking.
- Embraces diversity of thoughts, ideas, and approaches, Strong customer focus.
- Education: Academic degree (Economics; Business; Health Care & Science).
- Languages: Proficiency in English at a fluent or advance level.
