We help your inform healthcare decision makers about the clinical benefits and health economic consequences of the use of your technology.
Budget impact analyses
We carry out budget impact analyses to demonstrate budget impacts of the implementation or reimbursement decisions to healthcare payers. We help you to show the monetary cost-savings resulting from the use of your medical products, for example averted treatment costs or shorter hospitalizations. We also conduct cost forecasts and budget impact forecast, to demonstrate for example the financial impact of a scale-up or a stepwise introduction your new product.

Adaptation of health economics models
“Global” health economics models are not one-size-fits-all tools. This is especially true in Europe where, despite many similarities, the healthcare systems, clinical practices and reimbursement regulations tend to be different.
We can localise your global health economics models for the use in new countries. Typically, this includes updating your model with the local demographics, disease-specific prevalence/incidence data and healthcare prices of course. Moreover, healthcare decision makers often prefer health economics analyses be based on local patient health outcome data. If local trial data is available, we can update your model with these too. We can make the needed adjustments to ensure that the health economics analysis meets the local requirements and produces relevant information for the local healthcare decision making.
Communication of health economics results
Importantly, we help you to communicate and present the health economics results in a clear understandable way to healthcare decision makers.
How do we work?
We work with a group of experienced freelance health economists. We do not have an army of health economists on our payroll or a large office. We have flexible arrangements with health economics experts and partners whom we know and trust. In this way, we can be responsive to your needs, for example contracting experts with a disease- or country-specific experience. Also, as we do not have heavy overhead costs, we can offer our services at competitive prices.
