Working with decision-makers across the Thai healthcare system, you will help build fair and lasting access routes, so more people living with serious chronic diseases can get the treatment they need.<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll bring<\/p>\n<p>You will bring:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacy or another relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in Market Access, Reimbursement, Pricing, HEOR or Health Policy within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience preparing and submitting reimbursement and\/or pricing dossiers, including coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A strong understanding of Thai healthcare access and reimbursement systems, including the Civil Servant Medical Benefit Scheme (CSMBS), the National List of Essential Medicines (NLEM), NHSO and SSO reimbursement mechanisms, and hospital-based access processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with payers, policy makers, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies, hospital pharmacists and key opinion leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of HTA, cost-effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis and\/or real-world evidence, with capability in critical appraisal, evidence-based decision-making and systematic review methods.<\/li>\n<li>Strong pricing and reimbursement negotiation skills, with the ability to balance clinical, economic and policy considerations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and regional or global teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills to explain value clearly to diverse stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel approximately 20\u201330% of your time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Useful, but not essential:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, an MBA or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in therapeutic areas such as diabetes, obesity, rare diseases or specialty care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n<p>You will set direction for market access within your area and handle most situations independently, seeking advice on more complex matters when needed.
