Position applies methodological and analytical expertise to understand the value of AbbVie products and how best to demonstrate this. Role will strategically and effectively communicate, and tailor generated evidence to multiple stakeholder audiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop core global Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC) and Health Economic Models (HEM) for HTA, payer and other Access stakeholders assessments, submissions and negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support of affiliates with local adaption of the Global Models (ITC, HEM), coordinate data requirements across biostatistics and evidence generations functions (Clinical Development; HEOR and Medical Affairs) to support Pricing &#038; Reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Contribute to the development of ITCs and HEMs to inform value proposition, development, pricing and commercial strategic forecast and decisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Share best practices and key learnings across affiliates and cross-functional partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Join evidence modelling teams (cross-functional and multi countries) supporting the evidence modelling team lead to source affiliate and other stakeholder needs and co-create solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Join Value &#038; Access Team (VAT) and other cross-functional teams as required.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Use analytical techniques leveraging available clinical data and published information to inform pricing and market access strategy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate with the Data and Statistical Sciences (DSS) team for trial analyses, HTA challenges, and statistical analyses of clinical trial data.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Advanced degree MS\/MSc\/Mphil\/MPH (required) or PhD (preferred) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Econometrics, or other related field.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At least 3 years relevant experience in consultancy or pharmaceutical industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Understanding of both health economics and evidence-synthesis disciplines as relevant to HTA, pricing, reimbursement, and value assessment.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience interacting with and\/or delivering submissions to HTA agencies, or other payer or decision-making bodies is highly desirable.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Skills and experience within one of the following core capabilities of the Value Analytics Center:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health economics<\/li>\n<li>Economic modelling and budget impact analysis<\/li>\n<li>Working hands-on knowledge of EXCEL for the development of economic models and\/or BIMs including VBA<\/li>\n<li>Evidence-synthesis<\/li>\n<li>Designing SLR search strategies, conducting feasibility analysis for Indirect comparisons<\/li>\n<li>Critically appraise reporting of SLRs and ITC\/NMAs<\/li>\n<li>Statistiques<\/li>\n<li>HTA-relevant statistical methodologies, for example indirect treatment comparisons, survival analysis, or utility estimation.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of statistical and data processing software (R preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pay Range:<\/p>\n<p>$ 109500 &#8211; 208500 USD<\/p>\n<p>Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely.
