As Global Market Access Horizon Scanning Specialist VIE in our Market Access team you will be supporting several of the key workstreams within the digital roadmap. You would be working with teams across the business in different functions and therapeutic areas to understand and articulate their use cases. You would be working with internal and external teams to identify solutions and build project plans to deliver them. You will also be responsible for scanning the access and launch environment across our major markets. You will contribute to our annual market access horizon scanning strategic exercise combining an outside-in payer expert perspective, an inside-out country risk assessment and market intelligence. In this role, he/she will develop a deep knowledge of international health systems, working closely with global and local market access teams.

Main responsibilities:
- Work with Global Market Access Lead to develop use cases, based on the business needs.
- Collaborate with our Sanofi digital team to ensure the translation of market access, pricing and HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment) team’s needs into clear use cases.
- Assess external vendors capabilities to identify possible collaborations for specific use cases.
- Manage external vendor support for key project ensuring they are delivering specifications on time.
- Ensure all use cases are mapped and prioritised onto our digital roadmap.
- Support with preparations for meetings with senior stakeholders including the Market Access Digital Steer-co and the Digital governance boards.
- Support the Global Market Access Lead in tracking and communicating the digital roadmap, including regular meetings, Yammer posts and videos. Develop and maintain a web-based Resource Hub Library.
- Lead a bi-monthly news roundup for the Sanofi market access community worldwide.
- Manage ad hoc intelligence requests using a wide range of tools and databases. Prepare briefings on pressing and important topics.
- Support with preparation of deep review cross-functional workshops with country and therapeutic area market access teams.
About you
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within international or multicultural environment. Preferably in Market Access/Health Economics.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
- Product/Digital experience and knowledge of agile workflows.
- Experience in project management with strong analytical & organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, organized, structured and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones.
- Demonstrates positive attitude, proactive, embraces collaborative team atmosphere and comfortable with dynamic environment.
Education:
- Master’s degree in in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health policy, business, economics or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English.
- French is a plus but not a prerequisite.
